This gift package combination features our large Jack & Lily charity bear paired with a large "Get Well" helium balloon. Our adorable Jack & Lily bear (named after Champion Child siblings who both have a rare genetic disorder) is a perfect friend to send someone who could use a little cheering up.

Please note: Get Well balloon selection is made by staff based on patient information you provide - age of patient, etc.
As we are unable to ship any balloons, this package option is suitable for hospital room deliveries only.
